Small Enterprises: between 10 and 49 employees with an annual net turnover or total assets of up to RON40m (~EUR10m).

Micro-Enterprises: up to 9 employees with an annual net turnover or total assets of up to RON8m (~EUR2m).

Agricultural Companies: Clients with agricultural companies generally owning or renting min. 50-60 Ha of land with min. 30 cattle or 400-500 sheep.

Agro Licensed Individuals: Clients with agricultural companies generally owning or renting less than 50-60 Ha of land with max. 30 cattle or 400-500 sheep.

Client Groups:

Companies: Legal persons – commercial companies, Ltds, associations and foundations that fulfill the eligibility conditions established by the company.

Other Registered Entities: Authorized natural persons, family enterprises that run commercial activities based on authorizations, individuals or companies under different forms, without legal personality; natural persons who practice liberal professions based on special laws – architects, auditors, lawyers, expert accountants, pharmacists, doctors, public notaries, executors etc.

Agricultural Companies: Legal persons – commercial companies, Ltds, associations that run their activity in the agricultural domain.

Agro Licensed Individuals: Individual farmers, natural persons with activity and income from agriculture (holding at least a farming certificate), authorized natural persons, family enterprises, farmer’s cooperatives and any other organisation types that generate income from agriculture.
